Puasa has come…and as usual ive listed down all the wish list during Ramadhan in order to become a better muslimah. The list is quite long but it is seems hard to fulfill it, don’t know why as we know the Satan is not nearby. Maybe I’m a Satan myself that the Satan doesn’t need to waste their time on me anymore. Or perhaps the Satan needs little effort to nudge me into a wrong doings, just send the lowest rank army to be with me. As I remember my ustaz back in school, always mentioned that an Ulama needs a General Satan to force them into the dark side, unlike us.
Break the fast with my fellow classmate is indeed a wholesome experience. It was as if like we’re far from our family, living in a hostel. We share foods together, but by the time we got back to class, the mood was so somber. It is tiring, rush from the office and straight to the faculty then proceed with class until 9pm. By the time I reach home, bed is the first thing I jump into, and in sleep mode till sahur. Somehow, Nelly, my best friend told me to take it easy, it will be a laughing matters later on. She has done this for two Ramadhan, breaking fast during class, and yet she’s still alive. I really don’t know how she manages all this.
My alter ego, Sarah asks for a date for us, Farah and Nelly to break the fast together. We decided to have it on this Friday, but things didn’t work out as plan. I’ve just found out that I’ve a mid term exam on this Saturday, sigh, exam during fasting month is never a happy affairs for me. Sorry girls, lets do it later.
Anyway, Happy Ramadhan to all. May Allah bless us all.
