While chatting with Sarah (our daily activity at work) she asked me the name of the food that we’ve ate the previous day during our lunch break. At our most favourite restaurant, Cozy Corner in Ampang Park. It’s totally ravishing. However, I’ve told her I couldn’t really remember the name or what’s really called, it’s something like “boneless chicken with cashew nuts” but I do know how to cook it.
What’s really funny here is that, I never picture here asking me for the recipe, and we’re now swapping recipes. What next? We’re changing tips on how to raise a baby?
As I can see now, our friendship evolve, from exchanging stories on how horrible the lecturer, who’s the tyrant one while back in uni, we swapped shoulders while cursing our exes and love life, then we move to curse our bosses, the company, the small bonus, our never enough paycheck (well, we still do that until now, shame on us).
She got married last year, and starts a new life. Even though I’m yet to follow her footstep, we share stories about marriage life too (not stories in bedroom, ok, you pervert!). And I can see her changes a lot, a good one. She starts on buying things for kitchen, browsing through internet in finding new recipes. In fact, she can put together a roast chicken while closing her eyes, no big deal. Bravo Sarah!
Now since i gave you the recipe of "boneless chicken with cashew nuts thingy", do try it Sarah, but please tell Elhan, if anything happens to him while eating it, i hold no responsibility at all!!! There, i said it,im going to have this as an evidence if Elhan decides to bring it to court.
